We produce OEM and private label fine jewelry in solid gold for brands, retailers and designers. The minimum order is one piece, on every design, in every karat we work in.
Most factories quote a minimum of 20, 50 or 100 units per design. We do not. You can order a single ring, a single pendant, or one piece of each across a ten piece collection. There is no per style minimum and no annual volume commitment.
The honest part that most low MOQ pages leave out: one piece is not the same as one piece being cheap. A single unit carries the full CAD and setup time, so the per unit cost is higher than it would be at five or ten. If your goal is the lowest unit price, order five. If your goal is to test a design before committing, order one. Both are normal here.
We will tell you where the price breaks are for your specific piece rather than letting you find out after the first order.
Everything is solid metal. We do not plate, we do not fill, and we do not produce vermeil under any circumstance.
Solid 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K and 22K gold in yellow, white and rose. Platinum 950. White gold is rhodium finished over solid white gold alloy, never over a base metal.
Natural and lab grown diamonds, plus sapphire, ruby, emerald and other coloured stones. Client supplied stones are accepted.
Rings, wedding and eternity bands, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, bangles and earrings. Full fine jewelry range, bridal and non bridal.
CAD, casting, stone setting, polishing and quality control all happen at our own manufacturing facility in Shenzhen. Nothing is brokered out.
Timing starts when design details are confirmed in writing, not when the first message arrives.
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| CAD rendering for approval | 1 to 3 days |
| Simple designs, bands, pendants, single stone settings | Usually within 5 days |
| Most orders | Around 7 to 10 days |
| Complex work, pavé, multi stone, matched sets | Up to 15 days |
| Shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS | 2 to 5 days, depending on destination and customs clearance |
These are production times, not guarantees against customs delay. If you have a fixed launch date, tell us at the quotation stage and we will confirm whether it is realistic before you pay anything.
A single opaque unit price makes it impossible to compare factories. Every quote we send separates the cost so you can see exactly what changed when a number moves.
Quoted weight is stated as finished weight. If a CAD figure is used before the first casting, we say so, because CAD weight and finished weight are not the same number.
There is no mould fee and no tooling charge in our pricing. That cost does not exist as a separate line here, so you will not be asked to pay for a mould you cannot take with you.
The CAD files for your design are released to you on request. You are not locked into us to reorder your own piece.
30% starts the project and covers design work and your production slot. It is fully refundable until you approve the CAD rendering. Materials are not ordered before that point.
A sample is simply a one piece order, quoted the same way. There is no separate sampling programme and no sample fee layered on top.
Your hallmark and metal stamp, your packaging, your documentation. Nothing carries our name unless you ask for it.
We sign an NDA before receiving design files. Your designs are not shown in our catalogue, our social channels or to other clients.
Every piece is inspected under magnification before dispatch. Where a defect is confirmed on our side, we rework or remake it at no cost.
Free engraving is included across the entire range. Both the font and the wording are yours to choose, and it is not a paid add on.
You should not take a supplier’s word for any of this, including ours. Here is what we will do so you do not have to.
Yes, on every design and every karat. There is no per style minimum, no minimum across a collection, and no annual commitment. The trade off is unit cost, not access.
No. There is no mould fee in our pricing structure. Development work is quoted as CAD time where a design is being built from scratch, and that is the only development charge you will see.
You do. The files are released to you on request. Some factories keep the files so you have to reorder through them; we do not work that way.
Yes. We stamp your hallmark alongside the metal fineness mark, and we produce into your packaging and documentation. Nothing carries the Redora name unless you ask for it.
Yes, and we prefer to sign before receiving files rather than after. Your designs are not published in our catalogue or shown to other clients.
30% to start. It is fully refundable until you approve the CAD rendering in writing. After approval, materials are purchased and production is scheduled, so the order can no longer be cancelled for a full refund.
Both, at the same setting quality. Our page on lab grown diamonds sets out how the grading works and where certification does and does not apply.
Yes. Client supplied stones are accepted. We confirm dimensions before cutting seats, and we tell you in advance if a stone carries a setting risk given its cut or inclusions.
Send a reference image or a sketch with the metal, stone and quantity you have in mind. You will get a broken down quote and a realistic production date, at no cost and with no obligation.
