Every Redora piece begins as a precise 3D CAD model, reviewed by our on-site gemologist and approved by you before production starts. From bracelet proportions to pendant structure and stone layout, the final piece is made to match the confirmed design as closely as possible.

What is custom jewelry?
Custom jewelry is designed specifically for you based on your ideas, references, and preferences, crafted from CAD design to a finished one-of-a-kind piece in solid gold.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Simple designs can usually be completed in about 5 days after CAD approval. Most custom pieces take around 7 to 10 days for production, while complex designs may require up to 15 days. Shipping by FedEx, DHL, or UPS typically adds 2 to 5 days.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds have the same carbon crystal structure as mined diamonds and can be graded by IGI or GIA.
Do you use solid gold?
Yes, always. Every Redora piece is solid gold alloy throughout, 14K (Au585) or 18K (Au750) as standard, with 9K, 10K, 22K and platinum on request. We never use gold plating, gold filled, or a base metal core. Larger designs can also be built hollow in the same solid gold to bring weight and cost down, and we state that on the product page with the actual gram weight.
