Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2025. These terms apply to all orders, custom requests, and use of redorajewels.com.

01

About Redora Jewels

Redora Jewels is a factory-direct custom fine jewelry manufacturer operating from Shenzhen, China. We produce solid gold jewelry in 14k and 18k, set with diamonds and gemstones, on a made-to-order basis for clients worldwide.

By using this website or placing an inquiry, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

02

Use of This Website

redorajewels.com is intended for clients seeking custom fine jewelry or browsing our catalog. You may use this site for personal and commercial inquiries.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission
  • Scrape product images, descriptions, or pricing data for commercial use
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to site systems or databases
  • Use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access at our discretion.

03

Orders and Payment

All orders begin with an inquiry. We do not operate a standard checkout system. Once you submit a custom request, our team will respond with a quote, production timeline, and payment details.

Orders are confirmed after:

  • Both parties agree on design specifications and pricing
  • A deposit has been received (deposit amount is confirmed during the inquiry process)

Accepted payment methods are confirmed during the inquiry process. Pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Redora Jewels is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Prices quoted during an inquiry are valid for 14 days. Material costs, particularly gold and diamond prices, fluctuate. If your order is delayed beyond this window, we may need to reconfirm pricing.

04

Custom Order Process

Our standard custom production process follows this sequence:

  1. Client submits inquiry with design requirements
  2. Our team provides a quote and timeline
  3. Client approves the quote and pays the deposit
  4. Our design team produces a CAD rendering for approval
  5. Client reviews and approves the CAD design
  6. Production begins after written approval
  7. Completed piece is photographed and shared before shipment
  8. Remaining balance is settled and shipment is dispatched

Production does not begin until the client has approved the CAD design in writing. Changes requested after CAD approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

05

Production and Lead Times

Lead times depend on the complexity of the design and current production volume. General guidelines:

  • Simple designs are usually completed within 5 days
  • Most orders take 7 to 10 days for production
  • More complex designs may require up to 15 days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by design revision cycles, material sourcing, or force majeure events are outside our standard timeline commitments. We will notify you promptly if your order is expected to run beyond the agreed schedule.

06

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and complete delivery address
  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country
  • Being available to receive the shipment or arranging a redirect with the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the client. All shipments are insured; if a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

07

Returns and Modifications

Because all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each item is produced to the specifications confirmed during the order process.

We will address the following at no additional charge:

  • Production defects or quality issues not matching the approved CAD design
  • Errors in metal specification or stone placement that differ from the confirmed order

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will assess and respond within 3 business days.

Modifications requested after delivery that go beyond the original approved specifications may be accommodated at cost, depending on the nature of the change. Contact our team to discuss.

If you are unsure about a specification before placing your order, ask before confirming. Our team is available to walk through design details, stone options, and metal weights prior to production.

08

Intellectual Property

All content on redorajewels.com, including product photography, design renders, written copy, and the Redora Jewels brand identity, is the property of Redora Jewels. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

If you provide design reference files, sketches, or images as part of a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Redora Jewels will not produce designs that are clear reproductions of another brand's trademarked or patented jewelry.

CAD files produced by our design team for your order remain the property of Redora Jewels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

09

Limitation of Liability

Redora Jewels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any order, including loss of income or missed event deadlines.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order as confirmed at the time of purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photography and descriptions are accurate. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between rendered images and the finished piece, particularly with gemstones. These are not grounds for a refund.

10

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from a transaction with Redora Jewels will first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant arbitration body as agreed between both parties.

11

Changes to These Terms

We update these terms when our processes change or when legal requirements make it necessary. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Orders already in production at the time of an update are governed by the terms in place when the order was confirmed.
