The W is a W pavé diamond wedding band built for a single job: to sit flush against a V-shaped or pointed engagement ring without leaving a visible gap between the two pieces. The W-shaped contour at the center of the band rises and dips to mirror the underside of a matching solitaire, so when both rings are worn together they read as one continuous design rather than two stacked pieces. At 2.2mm wide, the band stays slim enough to keep the engagement ring as the visual focal point, while the line of 28 pavé-set lab diamonds runs along the top edge to add a quiet, even shimmer that follows the curve.

The W Contour and the Logic of Half-Coverage Pavé

The defining structural choice in this band is the W-shaped contour, cut precisely so the dip in the band aligns with the point or V of the matching engagement ring. This shape is not decorative; it is functional. A flat band against a V-shaped ring leaves a triangular gap at the center, which catches dust, looks visually uneven from the top, and causes both rings to rotate against each other through the day. The W contour eliminates that gap by following the engagement ring’s underside almost exactly.

The pavé covers roughly the top half of the band, stopping where the band passes under the finger. This is intentional. Full eternity coverage on a curved band tends to weaken the structural points where the contour bends; half-coverage pavé keeps the diamond line where it is visible while leaving solid gold under the finger for resizing later if needed. Each of the 28 diamonds sits in a micro pavé seat with shared bead-prongs, which keeps the visible metal between stones to a minimum.

Solid 18K White Gold and IGI Certified Lab Diamonds

The band is produced in solid 18K white gold throughout, not plated or filled. 18K is denser and holds rhodium plating longer than 14K, which matters specifically for a stacking band: rings worn against each other rub continuously, and 18K’s harder rhodium retention means the white tone stays bright through that wear pattern. The 28 stones are lab grown diamonds, IGI certified and matched in size, color, and clarity across the full pavé line so the band reads evenly without one bright stone breaking the rhythm.
