Marquise Orientation Along a Curved 1.8 mm Profile

The defining choice on this band is the marquise orientation. Each of the five stones is set on a diagonal, alternating left and right, so the tapered points trace the curve of the band like leaves along a vine. A round or princess cut in the same width would read as a centered row; the marquise’s pointed ends are what give the upper half of the band its botanical line.

The band itself averages 1.8 mm in width and dips through a soft curve in the middle so it can sit flush against an engagement ring with a non-flat bottom edge.
