Raised Marquise Stones With Studded Gaps
The defining choice is how the stones are lifted. Each marquise diamond sits upright on split prongs that branch from the shank, so the stone is raised clear of the band and catches light from the side as well as the top. That raised line is what gives the ring its bold presence on a slim 5.25 mm width.
The small spaces between the slightly raised prongs are not left bare; they are studded with petite round diamonds, so the eye reads one continuous run of sparkle rather than a row of separate stones. The inner shank is finished to a high polish, and because this is a full eternity band the diamonds continue unbroken around the entire circle.
