This gold and diamond bangle bracelet is a hinged bangle in solid 14K yellow gold with three bands across its top half: a fluted gold center, ribbed along its length, framed by two rows of pave set round lab grown diamonds. 106 stones, 2 carats, 5.8 mm wide and 3 mm high.

Where a full pave bangle is all stone, this one gives the middle of the band back to the metal, which is why it reads as gold jewelry first and diamond jewelry second. Among our gold bracelets, it is the bangle for someone who wears mostly plain gold and wants one piece that joins the two.
What Does the Fluted Center Do?
The center band is cut with fine parallel ribs running along the length of the bangle. A flat polished band would show every scratch and reflect light as one bright stripe; the ribs break that reflection into dozens of thin lines, so the gold shimmers in step with the diamonds on either side and hides the fine marks of daily wear. It also gives the eye a clear border between the two rows of stones.
The diamonds sit in two single rows along the outer edges of the top half. Each row is set pave, with gold beads holding the stones, and the edge of the band is left as a thin polished rim so no stone sits right at the corner where the bangle meets a desk. The underside is plain gold with open cutouts, and the hinge lets the bangle open wide rather than being pushed over the hand.
What Metal and Diamonds Are Used?
The band, the fluting, and the hinge are solid 14K yellow gold. The 106 stones are round lab grown diamonds, 2 carats together. Every stone is pave size, so the bangle is covered by a test certificate on the gold and the diamonds rather than by a report on each stone.
