How the Diamond Row Sits in a Wide Flat Band
The 8mm width gives a flat-topped band with enough surface to carry a recessed channel along its length. The diamonds are bead-set into that channel so they sit close to level with the gold around them, which keeps the row from snagging on cuffs or gloves through daily wear.
At 2mm thick the band has a solid, planted feel without sharp inner edges. The polished gold on each side of the diamond line is wide enough to take everyday contact and still be re-polished over the years.

The band is cut from solid 18K gold, not plated, so the color runs through the whole piece. The center row uses lab grown diamonds, round brilliant cut and matched for color and clarity so the single line reads evenly from end to end. Each ring is IGI certified at the diamond level.
